Providing administrative support to the Sales Manager and the rest of the sales team, your responsibilities include
coordinating meetings and events
assisting the Sales Reps with key accounts liaising with dealers
resolving order issues
processing accounts payables
maintaining a Showroom
You are results-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
have a knack for problem-solving
work equally well independently or with others.
Having an excellent customer service focus, you manage to combine your natural ability to build relationships with your solid administrative abilities.
Maternity Leave contract position for one year in Annacis Island.
Strong MS Office. AS/400 skills an asset.
Salary commensurate with experience.
